EXCLUSIVE ONLINE PURCHASES
Our main objective is the satisfaction of our customers; So we accept changes and returns during the first 15 days after you receive your purchase; As long as the product has not been used and is the first time you request a change for that purchase.
REQUIREMENTS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Our policy lasts 10 days after you receive your purchase. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, no parts of the product should be missing. It should also be in the original packaging

1. REQUEST YOUR CHANGE OR RETURN
To request the change or return of the product you bought, write an email to [email protected] with the subject “returns and changes” and specify briefly because you want to return or change your purchase. You must also attach the receipt that you received by email of your purchase or the order number.
2. PREPARE THE PRODUCT

3. DELIVER THE PRODUCT IN THE PACKAGE
(FEDEX) Call 01 800 00333 39 to schedule with FedEx to collect the product at your home or if you prefer to leave it at the nearest office. Go to www.fedex.com to see the branches or contact numbers in your country.
4. SHIPPING PAYMENT
The customer must assume the payment of the shipment to return or change the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
