Orders are prepared within 48 to 72 business hours and you receive a tracking number by email. We ship Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Delivery within Mexico takes an estimated 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. Times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Free shipping on orders over $1,000 MXN anywhere in Mexico.

On smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your postal code (FedEx or DHL; from approx. $185 MXN).

If your address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed; please check your details before paying. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

United States & Canada: free shipping on orders over US$250.

Rest of the world: free shipping on orders over US$300.

On smaller orders, the exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your address (FedEx or DHL). Outside Mexico prices are charged in US dollars (USD). Transit time is 5 to 10 business days to the US & Canada and 7 to 12 business days to the rest of the world.

Import duties and taxes are already included in the shipping cost: there is nothing to pay on delivery.
