EXCLUSIVE TO ONLINE PURCHASES
Our main goal is customer satisfaction; therefore, we accept exchanges and returns within the first 10 days after you receive your purchase, as long as the product has not been used, and it is the first time you request an exchange for that purchase.
Our policy lasts for 10 days after receiving your purchase. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with no part of the product missing. It must also be in the original packaging. All products sent for exchange or return undergo a quality review process. If the original packaging in the case of footwear or the product sent has been used, damaged, or does not match the purchased product, the return will not be accepted. Once we have received the product back in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, excluding the shipping cost, to the original form of payment. The refund will be reflected in your statement within 5 to 20 business days. The customer has only 10 natural days from the delivery date for any return.
It is possible to exchange for a higher-priced product; you will only need to pay the difference for this new purchase. The shipping cost will not be refunded; only the paid value of the products to be exchanged or returned will be refunded in the form of an electronic wallet, redeemable exclusively in physical stores. Online store promotions are exclusive to the online channel, so it is not possible to apply the same promotion in physical retail stores.
In the case of gifts with purchase, they are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
To request the exchange or return of the purchased product, please write an email to assistance@miraboutique.com with the subject "returns and exchanges" and briefly specify why you want to return or exchange your purchase. You must also attach the receipt you received by email for your purchase or the order number.
Place the product in its original packaging. Seal the packaging securely. The shipping address is Av. 25 Norte with Calle 6 corner, local 1 and 2, Colonia Centro, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo Mx, CP 77710.
The customer must bear the shipping cost for returning or exchanging the product.
Once your shipment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You must send your product in its original packaging or in different packaging with the same dimensions.
Note down your tracking number so you can track your package on its way to our warehouse.
